The service

Chatopsy automatically analyzes, using artificial intelligence, the messaging conversation export you provide, and generates a humorous, statistical report accessible through a private link.

The statistics report is free. The full report is paid: 1.99 EUR per report, or through the Chatopsy Club subscription at 4.99 EUR per month including 5 full reports monthly. Your first full report is free when you create an account. Prices include all taxes.

Payment, withdrawal and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. No banking data ever goes through our servers.

As the full report is digital content delivered immediately after payment, you expressly consent to its immediate performance and waive your right of withdrawal once generation starts, in accordance with European law on digital content.

The Chatopsy Club subscription has no commitment and can be cancelled anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period. If a technical generation failure cannot be resolved, the report is retried for free or refunded on request at rapport@chatopsy.com.

Your responsibilities

You must only submit conversations you legitimately have access to as a participant. You are responsible for how you use the report and for sharing it with the other members of the conversation.

The report is humorous, statistical, AI-generated content: it may contain approximations and is neither medical, psychological nor legal advice.

Personal data (GDPR)

Account data: email, phone number (used only to guarantee one account per person, never for marketing) and language. Legal basis: performance of the contract.

Submitted conversation: processed automatically to generate the report, never read by a human, never used to train AI models. It is permanently deleted as soon as the full report is generated, or at the latest 30 days after upload for a free report that was not unlocked.

Generated reports: kept as long as your account exists; you can delete any report, at any time, from your account space. Deleting your account deletes all associated data.

Processors: Anthropic (AI analysis, no training on your data), Railway (hosting), Stripe (payment), Resend (emails). You have rights of access, rectification, erasure and portability: rapport@chatopsy.com. You may lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (AEPD in Spain, CNIL in France).

Cookies

Chatopsy only uses one cookie strictly necessary for login (session). No advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

Intellectual property and liability

The Chatopsy brand, design and code are protected. The generated report is for you: you are free to share it with the participants of the conversation.

The service is provided as is; our liability is limited to the amounts paid over the last 12 months. Governing law: Spanish law, without depriving consumers of the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
